The Uluberia Sub-divisional Hospital by its expansion and improvement of infrastructure is being used as the teaching hospital of the medical college. This hospital has 420 beds. The hospital has its Blood Bank, Central Laboratory, Hemodialysis unit with 6 machines, , CT Scan, Ultrasonography (two units), A new teaching hospital building is in the process of construction which will add 220 new beds and various facilities to the hospital.
